1. Complete sections 1, 2, and 3 of this form.
2. Send this form with your registration fee to:

   If you are using a credit card to pay the registration fee, you may FAX
   your registration to PCSoft. Our FAX number is (415) 492-8950. You may
   also register by phone. Our phone number is (415) 492-0123.
   If you use Compuserve to register, PCSoft's Id is: 72203,2310
3. After receiving your registration information and fee, PCSoft will send
   you a registration card with a serial number. 
4. Enter your name and serial number in the Software Manager
   Registration window.
 

Registration Fees
=================   

The single copy registration fee is $29.95. If you are using another
commercial or Shareware product specifically designed to install and/or
uninstall software, you may upgrade to the Software Manager with proof
of registration for $9.95. Contact PCSoft at (415) 492-0123 for site 
license and multi-user registration fee information.


Why Register?
=============

Shareware is a distribution method based on honor, and is not a type of 
software. If you continue using the Software Manager, you are required to 
register your copy with PCSoft. 

Upon registration, you will receive:

    o Product technical support.
    o Special upgrade offers for future versions of Software Manager 
      including version 4.00. See Future Release Notes in the README.TXT
      file for information about version 4.00. 
    o Information about new PCSoft software products. 
    o A free copy of the PCSoft Ten Commandments of Safe Computing
      white paper. 
    o Access to File Difference Report function.	
    o Access to Uninstall "Unlisted Application" function.

In addition, the initial registration window is disabled in registered
